Hi Josue, Your race report was a great read, amazing to hear what was going on behind the scenes while we were out running, you did a tremendous job and I'm sure you learned a lot from it which you will put to good use.Sorry to hear about the ankle injury, I've experienced similar in the past, just listen to your body and give it time. You'll be back running again when you're ready, don't try to force it, though.Yes, the report and photos brought back lots of great memories especially of the "jungle gym"!I've got a full set of splits for the race too, if you'd find them useful for next-time I can email them to you.Anyway, if you're ever thinking of coming to Scotland give me a shout, there's some fantastic races here!Good luck with FYA 09.All the bestRichie
